Dave has been a REALTOR® since 2001, starting his real estate career with a large company in Northern Virginia before joining Massanutten Realty in 2004.  He has earned the National Association of REALTORS® designations of Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®), Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource (SFR®). and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®).

Dave is a veteran of the US Navy and a Vietnam veteran.  He is a graduate of Maryville College (TN).  Dave is a retired radio broadcaster and voiceover performer, and remains a member of SAG-AFTRA.  He sang for many years with the Barbershop Harmony Society's four-time international chorus champion Alexandria Harmonizers, and since 2002 has been the bass of the quartet Four Man Vocal Band.
