Dave Cureton has been a REALTOR® for nine years, and has earned the National Association of REALTORS® designations of Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI).  He is licensed in Virginia and is a member of the Virginia Association of REALTORS® and the Harrisonburg/Rockingham Association of REALTORS® .  Dave joined Massanutten Realty in 2004.  He writes the real estate column in The Villager, the monthly newspaper serving the Massanutten resort community.   Dave takes pride in the time and attention he devotes to his clients and in continually updating his real estate knowledge and skills.

Dave lived and worked in four other states before becoming a Virginia homeowner in 1982.  He and his wife first purchased a home in Massanutten Village in 1991 and became full-time residents in 2004. They have three grown children.

Dave is a former radio network broadcaster. His hobbies include barbershop singing. He performed for many years with the Alexandria Harmonizers of the Barbershop Harmony Society, and since 2002 has been the bass of the barbershop quartet Four Man Vocal Band.

Dave is a U.S. Navy veteran and a graduate of Maryville College (TN) .
